NSDL IPO Listing

The Initial Public Offer (IPO) of National Security Deposit Limited in (NSDL) was high in demand, as the issue was oversubscribed 41.02 times.

The issue opened on 30th July and closed on 1st August 2025. The equity shares are expected to be allotted by 4th August 2025. The listing date in the stock is likely to be on 6th August 2025 in Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

Once the company will decide the basis of the allotment, the equity shares will be credited to the successful investors’ demat account, and excess amount will be refunded to the respective investors’ bank account by 5th August 2025.

NSDL Latest GMP

The issue price is ₹800 as maximum bid was received at this price. Recently NSDL is trading add ₹920 a share in the grey market, which is ₹120 above issue price, representing 15% premium. The listing price is expected to be near the GMP.

NSDL Subscription Status

The total number of equity shares available for offer is 3.51 Cr, while bid was received for 144.08 Cr shares.  The Qualified Institutional Bidder (QIB) portion is oversubscribed 104.09 times, the retail investors category was subscribed 7.73 times, and the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) portion was booked 34.98 times. The total issue size was ₹4011.60 Cr based on Offer for Sale (OFS). The total bid received was of ₹1,15,266 Cr.
